Matt white metalware carrying a hand made rattan cane shade, standing 1520mm tall. The contrast is the whole idea: the frame stays clean and almost invisible, and the shade brings in the texture. Light filters through the weave as well as out of the open ends, so it lifts a corner rather than lighting one spot hard.
It reads as coastal without being heavy handed about it, and it sits well in a Hamptons style room, a beach house, or any interior built on white walls and natural fibres. The tapered shade runs from 110mm at the top out to 350mm at the base.
A foot switch is fitted on the 1800mm cord, so you can turn it on without bending down to the base. Takes one E27 globe, not included.
