Terms & Conditions
1. Scope of Agreement:
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all sales of building and renovation products ("Products") by Pilbara Bathroom Warehouse Pty Ltd ("PBW") to customers in regional areas of Western Australia.
2. Orders and Pricing:
- All orders are subject to acceptance by PBW.
- Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST), unless specified otherwise.
3. Payment:
- Payment must be made in full prior to the dispatch of Products.
- PBW accepts payment through approved methods, such as credit cards, electronic funds transfer, or other agreed-upon methods.
4. Delivery:
- PBW will make reasonable efforts to deliver Products within agreed timeframes, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Delivery charges will apply and are specified at the time of purchase.
5. Product Inspection and Returns:
- Customers must inspect Products upon delivery and report any damages or discrepancies to PBW within 48 hours.
- Returns are subject to PBW's return policy, which may include restocking fees.
6. Warranty:
- Products are covered by manufacturer warranties, and PBW will facilitate warranty claims on behalf of customers.
- Any modifications or improper use of Products may void the warranty.
7. Liability:
- PBW is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use the Products.
- PBW's liability is limited to the purchase price of the Products.
8. Force Majeure:
- PBW is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government actions, or labor disputes.
9. Privacy:
- PBW collects and uses customer information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law:
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
11. Amendments:
- PBW reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, and customers will be bound by the version in effect at the time of purchase.
By making a purchase from Pilbara Bathroom Warehouse Pty Ltd, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
