The program is open to eligible tradies and businesses with a valid ABN. We may ask for relevant trade licence details when reviewing an application.
Bronze is free to join and offers up to 5% off ongoing eligible orders. It does not include referral rewards or a Find Local Tradies profile.
Silver and Gold members can receive a referral code to share with their customers. Customers using a Silver member’s code receive 5% off eligible orders; customers using a Gold member’s code receive 10% off. The referring Silver or Gold member earns 5% cashback on eligible orders made using their code.
Bronze membership does not include a referral code or cashback.
There is no limit on cashback earned from eligible referral orders by Silver and Gold members.
Cashback becomes available 14 days after the customer’s order has been delivered. Cancelled, returned or refunded products do not qualify.
Cashback is calculated on the eligible product value after the customer’s discount. GST and delivery charges are excluded.
No. Referral codes are intended for customers you introduce to Pilbara Bathroom Warehouse.
No. Membership discounts, referral codes, project quotes and other offers cannot be combined on the same order.
It’s a business profile that helps customers discover your services, service areas and completed projects. Silver includes an enhanced profile, while Gold includes featured placement. A directory profile is not included with Bronze.
Customers may contact us looking for help with renovation or installation work. We may connect them with a suitable Silver or Gold member based on the service required, location and availability. Gold members receive priority consideration. Enquiries are opportunities to quote for work; jobs are not guaranteed.
Yes. Silver and Gold members can request a tailored quote for projects such as complete renovations, multiple bathrooms or developments. A tailored project quote replaces the standard membership discount and cannot be combined with another discount.
You can cancel a monthly Silver or Gold membership at any time. Your benefits remain active until the end of the current billing period. If you cancel an annual membership, your benefits remain active until its expiry date and it will not renew.
Yes. Annual Silver and Gold memberships include the equivalent of two months free:
- Silver: $500 per year instead of $600
- Gold: $1,000 per year instead of $1,200
