Bronze, Silver and Gold members receive 20% off their first eligible member order. Future orders receive the ongoing discount included with their selected plan.

Every member receives a unique referral code.
When a customer uses your code, they receive an ongoing discount based on your membership:
- Bronze customers receive 3% off.
- Silver customers receive 5% off.
- Gold customers receive 10% off.
You earn a 5% cash referral reward whenever your code is used on an eligible order.
No. There is no limit to how much you can earn through eligible referral orders.
Rewards become available 14 days after the customer’s order has been delivered.
Cancelled, returned or refunded products do not qualify.
The reward is calculated on the product value after the customer’s discount. GST and delivery charges are excluded.
No. Your referral code is for customers you introduce to Pilbara Bathroom Warehouse.
No. Member discounts, referral codes, project quotes and other discount codes cannot be combined on the same order.
It is a business profile that helps customers discover your services, service areas, website and completed projects.
Bronze members receive a basic profile, Silver members receive an enhanced profile and Gold members receive featured placement.
Customers looking for renovation or installation services may submit an enquiry to Pilbara Bathroom Warehouse.
We may connect them with a suitable trade member based on the service required, project location and availability.
Silver members may receive suitable customer enquiries, while Gold members receive priority consideration.
Customer enquiries provide an opportunity to quote for work but do not guarantee a job.
Silver and Gold members can request customised quotes for complete renovations, multiple bathrooms, developments or other large orders.
The customised quote replaces the standard member discount and cannot be combined with another discount.
Monthly memberships can be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Annual memberships remain active until their expiry date. Cancelling prevents the next annual renewal.
Yes. Silver and Gold annual memberships include the equivalent of two months free:
- Silver: $500 per year instead of $600
- Gold: $1,000 per year instead of $1,200
